We always aim to dispatch straight away, if we have any problems in this regard we will email you and give the option to cancel and get your money back.

 

Please note that delivery to the UK an take 5 working days from dispatch, 10 working days for the EU and deliveries outside the EU up to 20 working days

Whilst we includes free shipping we cannot be responsible for any duties or import tariffs due or applicable from a specific destination, if such local taxes are applied they are the responsibility of the buyer

 

Weights and Lengths

 

Please note that we try to reach as near to the stated weights and lengths as is possible

 

These are Handspun yarns and we try to maintain a length of at least 50metres per 100gm hanks, any yarn lower than this is rejected.

We do our best to ensure that the thickness of yarn does not yarn hugely ( we hope nothing greater than 20%) but, as with any handspun yarn, we are not able to guarantee that the yarn will in any way perform to an industrial level.

 

Thus it is not possible to guarantee every hank to be exact and we try to work within the above tolerances. If you are unhappy with either a weight or a length issue on any of our yarns please contact us at info@soulyarn.com

AC Wood take great care to ensure that all aspects of any sale and products are met with the highest standards.
